An exciting theatre academy based in the South of Worcester. Company Theatre Academy offers classes for all ages in Ballet, Musical Theatre, Street Dance, Jazz, Acrobatic Gymnastics, Contemporary Dance, Tap and Cheerleading

Our mission is to create a fun and nurturing environment, whilst providing a quality all round theatre training, where every child can discover their talent and find the confidence to let it shine!

Faith Walsh (Miss Faith)
Principle / Teacher
Miss Faith trained at the renowned London theatre school Bird College, graduating with a first class BA honours degree in Dance and Theatre performance. Upon graduating she went on to enjoy a successful, international performance career.
​
Performance Credits include:
-Swing in the revival of the Musical Barnum at Chichester Festival Theatre, produced in
association with Cameron Mackintosh. Featured in the Sound of Musicals on Channel 4.
-Brenda/Shelly in the Broadway hit musical Hairspray (Oasis of the Seas), understudying the roles of Amber Von Tussle and Penny Pingleton.
-World premier of Evolution, an acrobatic and dance theatre production produced by
New York Company, “International Theatre Works” and staged in Shenzen China.
-Singer in the XFactor Choir, performing with Louisa Johnson in the Semi finals at
Wembley Stadium.
-Dancer/ Aerialist with Royal Caribbean Productions.
-Ensemble in Sleeping Beauty at His Majesty’s Theatre Aberdeen.
-Ensemble in Aladdin, at The Swan Theatre Worcester.
-Trained and performed (Rugby World Cup Fan Zone) with The London Cheerleaders.

Teaching
Miss Faith is a full Associate of the International Dance Teacher's Association (IDTA),
achieving a distinction for this qualification from the ballet faculty and a full member of the NATD.
​
Faith is also fully qualified with Acrobatic Arts and BGU in Cheerleading stunt and tumble. Faith is also a qualified Progressing Ballet Technique Instructor.
​
She is passionate about sharing her love for performing arts and has taught and lectured in the performing arts extensively across London and the Midlands to vocational and degree level, in academies, vocational dance collages and at Performing Arts Institutes.
Miss Chloe F
Dance/Musical Theatre Teacher and Acro Coach
Meet the Team
​Chloe began junior dance classes at age 5 and since then has trained and studied in Tap and Ballet under IDTA, Jazz, Street Dance, Lyrical and Contemporary. At age 17 she was invited to join ZooNation Youth Company where she began her hip-hop training, focusing on house, popping, locking, breaking and waacking. In 2023 she completed a BA Honours Degree in Dance at Addict Dance Academy, where she furthered her training in Tap, Ballet, Musical Theatre Jazz, Jazz Tech, Commercial, Contemporary, Latin and Hip-Hop. She also trained in Pole Sport and Lollipop Lyra.
As a dancer, Chloe has worked as a showgirl for various company events such as PrettyLittleThing, and supported artists like will.I.am. She danced as ensemble in the Birmingham Alexandra Theatre productions of Grease and Boogie Nights and also performed in ZooNation’s Some Like it Hip-Hop curtain-raiser at the Birmingham Hippodrome. She has just returned from her first international contract based in India, where her work included dancing in several Bollywood movies such as Crew and Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, which are available on Netflix. She was also an official cheerleader for the cricket team Sunrisers Hyderabad in the Indian Premier League. During this contract she worked on Bollywood shoots in Jordan and Oman as well as freestyle performances and dinner time shows in Nepal and Bahrain.
As a teacher Chloe believes that it is important students feel comfortable and confident in classes. She aims to create an environment where dancers can grow physically and mentally, and her familiarity with a broad range of styles is a key part of this. She wants to see all students realise their goals, whether it be enjoying a weekly class as a hobby or pursuing a dance career.
Miss Charlotte

Dance/Musical Theatre Teacher and Acro Coach

Charlotte has just graduated from Performers College Essex with a BA (Hons) Dance and Musical Theatre. Here, she furthered her training in Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Contemporary, and Musical Theatre. Her credits during training include Pippin, Spark, Odyssey, and Rewind.She is also currently studying for her Diploma in Dance Education (DDE) in Modern Theatre and Tap.Charlotte continued teaching throughout her training at Performers and since completing her dissertation about scoring systems in dance, she has found a particular interest in exploring dance teaching in a further education setting. She hopes to go on to complete a Masters Degree in Dance Education, where she can investigate this further.As a teacher, Charlotte wishes to instil confidence in her students. She encourages creativity and kindness in the studio and aims to make her classes enjoyable for everyone.

Miss Emma
Dance Teacher
Emma has worked as a Freelance Dance Educator/Artist for over 14 years. She attained a First Class BA (Hons) Degree in Dance Practice and Performance in 2014. She has danced for local choreographers, performing at prestigious venues including Birmingham Symphony Hall and the Arena Birmingham.
In 2017, she was awarded a PGCE in Post-Compulsory Education and Training, where she taught dance in Secondary and Further Education establishments. Her teaching portfolio has included youth dance companies, dance schools, performing arts stage academies, and universities. She was previously invited to teach on the BSc (Hons) Dance Science and Performance course at the University of Wolverhampton.
Emma is passionate about combining her love of Dance Science into her teaching to maximise fun and inclusive learning experiences in dance. As such, she gained an MSc in Dance Science in 2019 and continues to expand her knowledge in this area, where she is currently a PhD Researcher at the University of Birmingham. Her research focuses on aspects of mental health in dance students
Miss Chloe C

Dance Teacher
Chloé is a passionate and dedicated artist with extensive experience in performing, teaching, and choreographing.Her journey into the world of dance and performing arts began at the age of four, where she started with Ballet before expanding her repertoire to include Tap, Modern Theatre, Jazz, and Musical Theatre. Chloé trained for 12 years at a prestigious school in Herefordshire, earning multiple certifications from the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) and the ISTD.She went on to refine her skills and deepen her artistry at the University of Chichester, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree in Dance Performance. During her studies, Chloé was a member of an undergraduate touring dance company, collaborating with renowned industry professionals to create intricate, thought-provoking pieces performed across England and Malta.
​
After university, Chloé spent three years in London, building an impressive professional portfolio. She worked as a teacher and choreographer, assisting with theatre productions in large-scale auditoriums, producing shows for Italian students in English, and teaching Performing Arts to hundreds of children across the capital.
Chloé is eager to share her extensive knowledge, creativity, and passion for the arts with the next generation of talented performers.
Miss Ada

Student Assistant Teacher
Miss Ada trains with Company Theatre Academy in a wide range of styles, as well as being part of our Associate Dancer programme.
Miss Ada loves to dance as it allows her to express herself. Her favourite style is Contemporary Dance.
Miss Ada loves to assist Miss Faith on a Saturday because she 'enjoys working with the young dancers and seeing them develop their skills and become amazing dancers'.
Miss Ada is also training to coach the Acrobatic Arts Programme.
Miss Ruby

Student Assistant Teacher
Miss Ruby trains with Company Theatre Academy in a wide range of styles, as well as being part of our Associate Dancer programme.
Miss Ruby loves to dance because it allows her to express emotions with movement, without the need for words. Her favourite style is Street Dance.
Miss Ruby loves to assist Miss Faith on a Saturday because she "loves to inspire" the younger pupils. She wants them to enjoy dance too and to give each opportunity to dance and perform, "their best shot".
Miss Ruby is also training to coach the Acrobatic Arts Programme.

Join Our Dance Community

Ballet
We are passionate about ballet here at Company and we are dedicated to developing a strong technique. Students can work toward IDTA exams, performances and festivals.
We’re happy to answer any questions you have about this class or any others - simply contact us by phone or email.
Modern Fusion
A perfect fusion of Street Dance styles and Jazz technique for our younger dancers.
Many of our dancers love taking this class, as it gives them the opportunity to dance to their favourite music and really get moving, whilst learning core dance technique.
We work toward IDTA and NATD grades and medals and performances.

Musical Theatre
Our musical theatre students study acting, dance and singing.
We work towards performances and IDTA medal awards.
Contemporary Dance
Jump, leap, roll, tumble and stretch with this wild and free form dance!


Acrobatic Gymnastics
We are a registered acrobatic arts studio. We follow the amazing Acrobatic Arts programme and our dancers have the opportunity to take IDTA Acrobatic exams.

We make full use of all our equipment, including mats, air track, wedges, rollers, blocks, straps and our own aerial rig to make training effective, engaging and fun!
Aerial Dance
Fly through the air with this acrobatic art form.
Integrating both floor and air movement together so that the aerial apparatus becomes and extension on the dance floor.
​
We integrate aerial dance in to our acrobatic gymnastic classes each term, to compliment the dancer's acrobatic training.
​
We currently also offer in house workshops for our students, so keep your eyes on our social media pages for opportunities.

Commercial Dance

For 12+

For primary age pupils, check out our Modern Fusion classes. These are the best way to develop all the skills and sass you need to thrive in Commercial Dance later on.
Cheerleading
We offer recreational cheerleading classes on a Tuesday evening. Exploring Pom Dance and Stunt Techniques.
Many of our Cheerleaders also take one of our acrobatic gymnastics sessions to compliment this class.


Tap Dance
Tap those toes, dig those heels and have a fabulous time making rhythms and sounds.
Dancers study the IDTA syllabus
Competition Dance
Our Associates programme gives pupils the opportunity to attend festivals with solos, duets, trio and troupe dances in a variety of styles.
Dances must train with us in Ballet and Modern Fusion to apply to compete.

We find these a wonderful way to learn, progress and advance performance skills.

Progressing Ballet Technique
"PBT is a revolutionary program for ballet teachers and students. Helps in training muscle memory to achieve their best in ballet training".
Currently available as a private or small group lesson with a certified PBT instructor.

Pre-School Dance
Where the journey begins!
We enrol students from 2.5 in our pre school ballet, modern fusion and acrobatic gymnastic classes.
Classes are fun, friendly and engaging.
We want to inspire a life long love for dance!

CreativeLinks Education
CreativeLinks Education is our Arts in Education programme.
We are passionate about giving every child the opportunity to be inspired by the performing arts and can offer high quality cross-curricular PE and PPA sessions, as well as after school clubs and workshops.
